ZEMCV Builder operates on a credit-based system. Credits are the currency used within our platform to unlock specific actions:
Because credits represent a consumable digital service that is rendered instantly upon use, our refund policy is based strictly on whether credits have been consumed.
⚠ IMPORTANT: If you have used even ONE (1) credit on your account — for any reason — no refund will be issued. This policy applies regardless of how many credits remain unused, when the purchase was made, or the reason for the refund request.
This strict rule exists because the moment a credit is used, a PDF export has been generated and delivered. The digital service has been fully rendered and cannot be "returned." We therefore treat any credit usage as full acceptance of the purchase.
If a PDF export fails due to a confirmed bug on our server, please contact support — we will restore the credit, not issue a cash refund.
You are eligible for a full refund only if both of the following conditions are met:
Condition 1: You have NOT used any credits since your purchase (your credit balance is exactly as it was immediately after purchase).
Condition 2: You submit your refund request within 7 (seven) calendar days of the original purchase date.
If either condition is not satisfied, your refund request will be denied.

Once your refund is approved:
We do not offer refunds in the form of additional credits, vouchers, or alternative payment methods — only a return to the original payment method.
